Cancellation Information

No refunds for cancellations within 15 days of trip date.
Cancellations prior to 15 days of trip date are subject to a 5% processing fee.
If we cancel any trip due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided.

Your trip itinerary is fixed at the time of reservation. Due to scheduling of staff and equipment, changes to your trip itinerary are not possible within 15 days of your trip date.
Gratuities are not included in the price of your trips.

Reservation Information

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Final payment is due 15 days prior to your trip date and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Deposits made by check are due no later then 10 days after the reservation is made. Final payments made by check are due 30 days prior to your trip date.
